Surface protection is one of the most cost-effective things a GC can do on an active build. We install it fast, keep it in place while trades are working, and remove it cleanly as part of our final clean — so your finishes arrive at handover exactly the way they were installed.
A scratch on a hardwood floor or a chip on a quartz countertop can mean a costly repair or full replacement right before handover. Protection costs a fraction of that — and it's already bundled with your clean.

Quartz, granite, marble, and butcher block countertops are high-value surfaces that chip, scratch, and stain easily once they're set. We cover them the moment they go in so trades can keep working without turning your counters into a staging area.
Windows are exposed to paint overspray, stucco splatter, caulk, and abrasive dust from the moment they're installed. Film protection keeps glass and frames clean through the remaining trades — and comes off cleanly without leaving residue or scratching the glass.
Pre-hung doors and finished frames take a beating during the tail end of a build — scuffs from moving materials, hardware scratches, and paint overspray are all common. We wrap doors and frames so they look freshly installed at handover.
Every build is different. Bathtubs, shower surrounds, appliances, stair treads, and other finished surfaces can all benefit from protection depending on what trades are still coming through. We assess your site and cover what needs it.
